• Yes, clients will be required to upload some supporting documents, such as a copy of your ID, bank statement etc. We will assist applicants to our best possible means.
• Yes, we will keep you informed of the progress of your application through to finalization.

• Yes, you may and your application will be considered.
• No, your information will be stored safely on our system. You will however be required to provide your latest supporting documents e.g banking statement.
• Yes, you will be required to acknowledge the debit order/Debicheck via your bank app or ATM.
• Once your loan application is approved and you have approved/acknowledged the Debi check, the loan amount will be deposited that same day. The time it takes for it to reflect on your bank will depend on how quick your bank processes the transaction.
• An approved amount can be processed to reflect on the same day, if requested for an additional fee of R59-00.
• No, an approved amount will ONLY be deposited into your bank account that you use to receive your salary.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the bank account is fully functional
• No, your approved loan amount will be paid to you via your provided bank account.
• NO, we will not ask you to pay any upfront fee for us to process your application. If anyone, claiming to be representing Virtue Finance, asks you to make such payments, please DON'T. Contact us with necessary details.
